Accessories and end-effectors may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.
High-Ticket Platforms
Humanoid and quadruped robot platforms are custom-configured and non-refundable once shipped. Defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Defective Items
Report defects within 14 days of delivery. We arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate
Email returns@therobot.studio with your order number and reason. We respond within 1 business day with an RMA.
Refund Timing
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
