These Terms govern your use of The Robot Studio (the "Site") and any purchases or quote requests you submit through it.
1. Orders & Acceptance
An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or export restrictions.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Quote-Only Products
High-ticket platforms are sold by quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and zones.
5. Warranties
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
6. Export Compliance
You agree not to re-export or transfer products in violation of US export laws or sanctions regimes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
